Dina Meyer was raised and born in Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing the junior high school, she moved to Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. She has two siblings, an older brother named Gregory and a younger one known as Evan. Between the ages of nine between the ages of 16 and 19 Her first introduction to the industry was when she first began modeling. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she began studying Sanford Meisner's acting techniques for approximately three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training as did Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are among the actors who have received similar training. The first role she acted in was in Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating in Los Angeles. Within the following few months, she landed the role in the role of Johnny Mnemonic. For this film, she was in charge for nearly all stunts and showed herself to be an experienced actor. As well as Matt LeBlanc's talent agency the agent of hers was in charge of a variety of recurring roles in the show Friends.
